@max: You're right...I always want to call him Randy Jackson. The correction will be made in the post. Thank you...

And I have no idea how many is too many. You usually know the next day.

Remember, it's Jackson Heights' own Randy Watson (whom you may know as Joe the Policeman in the What's Going Down? episode of That's My Mama)

And how many Long Islands, is one too many?

Trapped on a 60 year-old boat with families from the fly-over states wearing rubber duck beaks - being a tourist in DC really does suck that bad. [Best Summer Ever] Ain’t fallin’ for that again. No sir, Marion’s not gonna...

Nothing makes me feel better than knowing that I'm getting grammar checked as people read my posts. Especially since I never re-read what I wrote, which means I don't proof it.

Whenever I need something edited...I'm calling you people!

Great, great recap. Had me rollin!

Mis favoritas: #1 and #8.

Re #6: sooo true. A few years ago (when the old one was still open) at Uptown Comedy Corner in Atlanta, Chris Tucker showed up as a surprise guest, he was funny, be he went on and on and on...with no script, he said (paraphrased) "I just feel so good being back on stage" yadda yadda yadda, lol

Re#10: when you mentioned "the whitest man in America chopping it up" it reminded me of the Caucasion fella on Kelis' "I'm Bossy" video, dancin his butt off! lol

Oh yeah, almost forgot, Xquizzit1, you forgot to mention how Panama wrote "you're" in place of "your" TWICE! lmbo! :)

Good post Panama.

@Stacy: I don't like reggae very much probably for the same reason some folks don't like Southern rap so much or country. It just isn't my cup of tea. I'll dance to it for a while, but after a few songs, I'm just ready to move on.

Now, there are songs that I like. I'm more of a dancehall person and even that gets old to me after a while. But overall, I can do without it. It has nothing to do with not understanding the words. That's not a deterrent to me.

I want to know why you don't like Reggae music. I am really taken back by people who don't like reggae but they don't have any real reason. And if they pull that lame ass excuse "i don't understand what they're saying" then that means every rap or rock song you've heard you understood word for word the first time you heard it.

"If you have enough liquor and enough folks who are old enough to remember and love BBD's "Poison", you will get a danceoff in the club."

"old enough" to remember... *sigh* maybe I'm taking that wrong... maybe a little oversensitive in my old age. My birthday's in two weeks you know. LOL

Ohhhh and umm... conversate AND irregardless in the same sentence. *sigh* You're clearly trying to kill me. ROFLMAO
