LOL Oh and umm... yeah it amazes me that people are stupid enough to say anything other than "Am I under arrest?" if they are NOT Mirandized, and "Can I call my lawyer?" if they are. It KILLS me, the cops actually SAY to them... "You have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and WILL be held against you in a court of law." Hmm... can and WILL... like definitely... what is it that makes one hear that and thinks it's okay to recount the evening's events??? ROFLMAO that is the dumbest shit in the WORLD that never ceases to amaze me. I feel sorry if an officer ever tries to bring my child in for questioning...
