i got a ? though. why is jamaican patois so celebrated and “black english” (ebonics sounds retarded) denigrated by the same people when they are both bastardizations of the english language?

Good post and this cross-over so many spectrums on how they market “urban” or “hood” products but I assure you at the end of the day more than black have their hands at created & mnarketed these type of products (asian, jewish, & anglo-saxons) no question, just have to teach our folks to just say no in buying but like life has taught me, you know nigga’s right. WTF
