Re: "Something in the Way" by NIrvana

Kurt sings "...it's ok to eat fish, cause they don't have any feelings..." *sarcastic*

the song is somewhat literal..about living under a bridge...thought you'd like to know:)

U know you make a good damb point. And maybe thats why we dont get down with the rock to heavy. I pointed out to my dad just today that Thin Lizzy, the dude who did the popular rock song 'The Boys Are Back in Town', was a black dude. He replied "ok but what in the hell are they talking about in the song." I looked at him with a blank stare thinking 'that was a very good question' cuz i had no idea. In fact I know all the words to my favorite grunge song 'Would' by Alice in Chains and havent a freakin clue what they're talking about. I might be on to something here. r.i.p Kurt and Layne

And I nominate Al Sharpton for the pageant. I saw this ignent negro doing an advertisement for a title loan company in Virginia

Hmmm I'm thinking your friend wasn't trying to say women with Latin last names are your type. Just taking a guess.

Ok why does 50 have a video game? Talking about I run these streets? Fashion Ave/7th Ave in NYC? Uhhh based on that GQ cover maybe.

Hope you had a great Thanksgiving!

LOL @ Get FABULOUS or die trying. that was gold. lol.

i didn't get the GQ with Fiddy on the cover. I was delivered the one with Vince Vaughn looking like a well-dressed alcoholic :\

i think mcgruder has his characters say "nigga" just because he CAN. he's arguably going to pick up where chappelle fell off.

ROFLMAO!!! You are sooo crazy. This was cool, to get a quick fix before Monday - you know I've been lost without your guidance. LOL

I still haven't watched the Boondocks... I think this warrants a visit to the DVR... Hmmmph (or harrumph).

And ROFLMAO at your poke at these gentrifying peeps who are walking the streets in your hood. I THOUGHT THE SAME thing the last time I went home and saw people walking down 126th Street at 10:30pm... as I drove down Park Avenue, they were just walking all slow, walking their dogs, ALONE!!!! I was like are you shitting me???? The same people who like 6 years ago wouldn't be caught on a train past 96th Street now are walking through the VERY HEART of Harlem with their beagles and their iPod??? ARe you serious???? Yeah that shit is mind-boggling.

My girl said the caption of 50's picure should read, 'Get FABULOUS. Or Die Trying'.

ON and I will not vote for him in your pagent. He's been reading books. BOOKS!!! And he's been stringing together real sentences. I'm talking properly placed verbs and all!!

Shame on you for watching Fat Albert, but I've gotta agree with you on the second and third episodes of The Boondocks. I can't remember the last time I laughed so hard at animation.

"Game recognize game, Grandad, and you lookin' pretty unfamiliar right now."

I almost fell off of the sofa.
